| Vegetable Oil | |
| Orzo | 1½ cup |
| Mixed Vegetables | 1 cup |
| Bouillon Cube | 1 |
| Water | 3 cups |
| Cream | 1 cup |
| Fresh Thyme | |
| Salt & Pepper to Taste |

Step 1
In a hot saucepan, add a dash of oil and the Orzo. Stir until golden.

Step 2
Add the Bouillon cube, water and lower the flame.
|
|
Step 3
When the Orzo is almost cooked, add mixed vegetables and thyme to the saucepan. Give it a quick stir.

Step 4
Add cream, followed by salt and pepper (as per taste).
|
|
Step 5
Serve hot in a big bowl.
