Mortada is a commercially driven, seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience that covers a diversified portfolio of FMCG companies across numerous countries. With a master’s degree in HR and a certified Assessor/ Coach from several leading organizations, Mortada has been exposed to extensive assignments, as well as training & development events in the Middle East, Japan, and the USA.
Throughout his career, he has led HR strategies that have helped shape high performing cultures in the Middle East and was instrumental in building dynamic, multi-cultural corporate infrastructures, as well as engaging teams to sustain business growth.
Mortada has been described as a proactive change agent who encourages learning and promotes productivity with a focus on customer centricity. His key strengths include talent assessment and development of management teams, coaching leaders, and organization design. In addition, he possesses the expertise in developing and implementing the entire employee life cycle tools such as recruitment, selection, performance management, development, succession, and transformation, for a wide variety of businesses across all levels including individual contributors, supervisory, middle managers, and senior managers.
