- The Promotion is valid from 13.08.2024 to 15.09.2024 at all participating retail outlets in the Sultanate of Oman.
- The participants must be legal residents or citizens of the Sultanate of Oman.
- The participants must be aged 18 years or above.
- Upon request, the participants must present a valid proof of identity, age, and residence/citizenship to Amir & Ameer Manappat Foods and Trading (Sultanate of Oman, Muscat – Official distributor of Arctic Gold).
- Global Food Industries reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- The participants are required to submit personal details like name, phone number, e-mail address, National ID of residence, etc.
- Global Food Industries will be collecting necessary personal details for the purpose of this Promotion, and if required, may disclose this information to authorized Agencies, Distributors and/or to regulatory authorities.
- By participating in the promotion, the participants confirm and consent to provide the required details on the registration website.
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prize is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchandising, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- The winners are responsible for arranging the collection or delivery of the Prize.
- Global Food Industries and Amir & Ameer Manappat Foods and Trading shall not be responsible to arrange for or pay for the delivery of any Prize.
- Global Food Industries, Amir & Ameer Manappat Foods and Trading and participating retail outlets and its branches, subsidiaries, and sister companies shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.
- Bulk buyers or wholesalers are not allowed to participate in this campaign. Twenty (20) or more units of the same item in the same transaction will be considered as bulk.
- Participation details of the digital draw to win Electronic Appliance:
- Scan the QR code.
- Enter your details and upload a picture of the proof of purchase (The receipt).
- The receipt should mention the purchase of any Arctic Gold product.
- Participant will enter a draw after providing all details & uploading the receipt.
- The draw will be held on September 23, 2024, and the shortlisted winners will be contacted through the Email/Mobile Number provided during registration.
- Giveaway: Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE & Samsung Galaxy A55 5G Smartphone (5 pieces each)
- Only the winners will be contacted regarding their prize. The winners will be directly contacted by Amir & Ameer Manappat Foods and Trading in Sultanate of Oman, Muscat, through e-mail or phone, within 3 calendar days of the reveal to receive the prize. For prize fulfilment, the winners must respond with their personal details within 10 working days from the first contact. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited.
- The Organisers’ decisions regarding any and all aspects of the promotional offer are final and binding on every person who enters and/or participates in the campaign after obtaining the approvals from the relevant authorities in the Sultanate of Oman.
- Global Food Industries and all participating retail outlets and its branches (“The Organisers”) reserve the right to cancel this promotional offer or make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time according to their discretion, and without notice to the participants after obtaining the approvals from the competent authorities in Sultanate of Oman. It is the responsibility of the participating shoppers to review the terms for any changes.
- Albatha Group Company, Global Food Industries and Amir & Ameer Manappat Foods and Trading employees or members of their families, contractors or agents are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- All participating retail outlets and its branches employees, merchandisers, in-store promoters, subsidiaries, or affiliate companies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- The Prize is tax-paid, non-negotiable, non-transferable and will not be substituted for cash or assigned to any other person for any reason whatsoever. The Prize shall be accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and Global Food Industries excludes all warranties in connection with the Prize to the extent permitted by law.
- The validity of collecting the Prize is 24th October 2024, and the winner must collect the Prize before the expiry date.
- The Prize can only be collected on the purchase of any Arctic Gold product from the participating retail outlets with an uploaded receipt during the registration process.
- Participating multiple times for the same promotion needs to be on different receipts. Multiple registration with the same receipt is not accepted.
- Any entry before August 15 and after September 15 will NOT be accepted.
- Kindly present your Oman National ID at the time of Prize collection and the winner needs to be present.
- The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Continued participation in the promotional offer following any amendments to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of these changes.
- Participants understand that entering the campaign does not create a bonding relationship between the Participants and the Organisers.
- The Organisers, companies and associated entities are respectively the exclusive owners of all copies, text, software, graphics, logos, images, designs, all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights or property rights and all rights associated with the promotion.
- These terms and conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. This promotion may be cancelled by the Company at any time during the term.
- The Terms, together with any other notices posted by the Organisers on the Website and/or advertising material relating to the Promotion, constitute the entire terms governing the relationship between the Participants and the Organisers in relation to participation in the Promotion.
- This promotion is subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
- By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
